Upon arrival our family was greeted warmly at the front desk. Arrived in our room using our digital key. (highly recommend) . Beds were comfortable , linens were clean , bathroom was clean. The shower heads & water pressure were like having a mini massage. We were next to the elevator and never heard a sound. Never heard a door close or slam either. Definitely will stay again .

Good hotel, great area, came for wedding and did some sightseeing in San Francisco and surrounding area. Liked the hotel because it was safe, quiet, clean, with cordial staff. Hotel was convenient to our activities and places we wanted to see. Worked out nicely.

The staff is polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. The rooms are clean and the bedding is great. The breakfast is great and the breakfast staff is wonderful. This is a hotel I have no problem recommending to friends and family
Location was great. With Cupertino Village within walking distance, food is not an issue. I love the flavoured water provided in the lobby. The free transport to nearby area was a great service to have
Didn't succeed getting the thermostat to go to a heater mode... I tried it has two modes,: cool or off. Never got over 63 degrees in room. I arrived after 12 midnight so just wanted to sleep. No extra blanket in room so just cold night. Elevators didn't work so I waited 15 minutes for staff to fix. Again just wanted to sleep...
