Had early dinner at 5:30. It was not that crowded and we waited 10 minutes for our server. He apologized because the people from the other table left after they ordered so he had to clear that out with the manager.
From then on Jon was very attentive. Got our order right, refills were done without being asked to. Though he forgot to leave napkins, which was important since we had ribs. There were some food on the floor, it would be nice if these things were cleaned up right away. At some point so many servers were just walking around but not looking at guests. So if you need something, you have to wait. When servers don't look at other guests, it's a minus for me. That is one way of avoiding serving other people. All managers should remind their staff that restaurants are a service oriented industry.
The baby back ribs was really good. I was hoping for more beef in the cheese nachos. My son was disappointed with his cup of dirt. So I would say it is a hit or a miss but we were happy enough with our server.
