Pho Show is good any time, but, it is my go-to place in the wee hours, after events that end at midnight. They are basically a Vietnamese joint, but they offer other Asian specialties as well, and have lots of noodle and rice choices. They also have a selection of four or five really serious microbrews. They expanded their space, so there's always a seat for small or even large parties,

Too busy to eat inside, so we ordered to go. Had to wait somewhat long time, people seated after we got there were eating when we left. Confusing sign-in on door for waiting list, many people did not know this, so it was awkward watching people jostle. Food was salty, bland and disappointing. Just finished left overs for lunch and am not impressed. Might give it one more shot, but that's it. Hope they can amp up the flavor. As another reviewer mentioned, was hoping to experience some of the Pho magic from "No Reservations", but all I got was thirsty from the soup.
Outdoor seating is really noisy, as it is right on Sepulveda Blvd.

Had not had Vietnamese before and the experience was terrific. The food was fresh, the service was fast and the prices were inexpensive. Four of us ate and it was 45.00. We had the pho soup, calamari, spring rolls and fried rice and were stuffed. This is a gem that should not be missed

Went for dinner on a cool Monday evening around 6 pm. The restaurant had a cozy chic feel and was full. We ate outside in a heated space, which was actually warm enough for me (an always cold kind of person), but no "ambiance" compared to the inside. Staff were quick and attentive.

We ordered: Beef Pho - kind of bland; bun cha (rice vermicelli noodles and lettuce topped with grilled pork) - which was yummy ... good because the pork wasn't to greasy ... but the sauce was a bit bland for me. My daughter ordered the same and loved it."The best I've had," and she's had this dish a lot! Also had avocado spring rolls which came with a very tasty peanut sauce.
The only drink we ordered was coconut water/milk in a coconut. Our 12-year old daughters loved that!
Very reasonably priced, a real value.
We'll be back next time we visit Culver City.

Dined with my wife and 2 (big) kids. Service was bad. Server couldn't and didn't want to answer questions regarding the menu. Two other servers noticed we were being neglected and stepped in to help. The salt & peppered calamari was flavorless. The pho was average.
