Thank you very much Khun Noi and every staffs.Holiday 28-29 July 2019 is a good time for us.
There is a misunderstand with the hotel that I had booked the room for king bed with Marriott Bonvoy in additional part for king bed non-smoking room type but we got bouble room type!.I told to operator and then khun Noi changed the room type for us suddenly! however I known many crowd of guest but the hotel can do it.
Breakfast is very full of menus we like it very much.
From the terrace of lobby we can take the view with the sea and the green of trees that very good time for rest of us.

The hotel interior and cleanliness were Marriott standard. Great sea view from the room (picture attached), we really loved sitting at the balcony enjoying the view. The main pool was nice but not very clean. The smaller one was better in this aspect. The best part was service! Super efficient check-in. The lobby lounge staff was great. I understand he managed both the pool area and the lounge as he walked around checking. He didn’t wait for guests to ask but anticipated their needs (bringing extra pillow or reading lights). Same was true for C-Salt restaurant. The staff was super attentive. They approached you to check if you wanted a refill for coffee, juice, etc.

Super duper fun, When I reach there I was wondering how I will be spending 4 days. To start with the ocean view room was just amazing, as good food makes the holiday or any trip enjoyable, I would compliment the food at the restaurant as really great. a very special thank you to the Indian Chef Saurab Sachdev, who made our stay felt like home with his food. We are strict vegetarians, he prepared the from local Thai to Italian to Indian to suit our taste. A special thanks to the Staff at kids clubs, my son simply loved it there and refuse to come out, he played and created crafts with the staff.
The 2 +1(rain mini pool) swimming pools were great and relaxing,
Felt really sad leaving,

The one and only part of our stay that we did not like was the attitude of concierge or shuttle drivers. We had taken a shuttle from hotel to Ban Fe pier at 4 pm reached Ban Fe at 420pm shuttle bus driver said he will wait till 430 pm only and then I will leave. I told him that the hotel mentioned till 5 pm but he refused and said you take a taxi and come to the hotel.

Despite of this one little hitch, I would still visit this hotel. worth a visit.
