“Epicurean Delight”
Reviewed December 13, 2013 via mobile

What a wonderful surprise, it's so nice to find quality & innovative food in Covina! In the past your only choices for an establishment like this was to travel to Pasadena or other far flung environs.
We shared two appetizers, calamari & mussels; the calamari had a wonderful Asian dipping sauce & the mussels were swimming in a buttery Chardonnay concoction, both yummy.
For entrees, our choices were short ribs ( my husband who is very picky about beef declared them the best he's ever tasted), Osso Buco (excellent), Sushi (?) salad....amazing & my mom tried the mango/chicken tostaditos...another tasty dish.
The service was excellent without being overbearing; our serving person, Kayla, was knowledgeable, friendly & attentive.....enjoy!

“excellent dining experience in Covina”
Reviewed November 10, 2013 via mobile

An eclectic menu full of fusion opportunities await you. The fare is excellent, wine selection is good with some special selections. The Bistro Cadillac Margarita was an excellent choice for a per dining drink experience. Service was attentive but not over bearing. All in all a pleasant surprise in downtown Covina.

“Excellent flavors, great service”
Reviewed October 25, 2013 via mobile

My wife and I had a great time during our recent visit. Service was fantastic, we had a starter, main and dessert, all of which were very flavorful, fresh and expertly prepared. The decor is great for a romantic evening and they had live entertainment which was enjoyable, yet not intrusive or too loud. We will be back.

“Great Specials”
Reviewed October 4, 2013

Always trying to find good Italian/Mediterranean food I struck the gold mine when a friend suggested Bistro Provencia on Citrus in Covina. It is in an older part of town with numerous other great restaurants kind of like a Restaurant Row right in Covina. The servers are over the top and the service was wonderful. They made you feel like you were at home and made yummy suggestions for appetizer. I had the lunch special an Orange Roughy stuffed with Cuscus and Mushroom covered in a yummy sauce with capers. Baby Asparagus and carrots accompanied the dish. It was to die for. My friend had the same thing and we both ate everything on our plate. Our server mentioned that the cook was constantly making great fresh fish meals for his lunch specials. It is hard to find good fresh fish away from the ocean. I am definitely going back.

“costs a bit but worth it; great food; nice people and decor”
Reviewed March 22, 2013

Three of us tried this for the first time today and we all agreed it was excellent. It is a bit pricy even for lunch, but the food is expertly cooked and tasty. We had turkey burgers and the duck with noodles. They made a nice spicy sauce for me as well. The decor is attractive and you can park on the street or in any of the nearby public lots for free, at least for two hours.
