We had a dinner reservation. They made us wait at the bar. Quite a while. Place was nearly empty when we went to the bar to wait. Not sure what the disconnect was, but a bit off-putting. Finally sat us, great table overlooking the water. We shared a firecracker roll (hot as blue blazes) and the wok seared bass. Bass shows up whole, sitting up rather jauntily on his plate. Felt like introductions were in order. Fun to eat (food as entertainment, what could be better?) and perfectly delicious. Waiter was a bit worried we couldn't handle the work involved to eat it but it was well worth the effort.
