Hop on the Coronado Ferry in downtown San Diego and Peohe's is right there above the dock when you land in Coronado. Go just before sunset to see the San Diego skyline slowly light up right across the water. I highly recommend the Coconut Shrimp. Very "tropical" atmosphere, good food and service and the best view in town. It is also next to some charming shops to explore. Taking the Ferry adds a nice punch to your experience at a great price, and saves you cab fare across the bridge.

Sitting along the dock at Coronado waterfront Peohe’s, is a pleasant way to treat out-of-town visitors to a panoramic view of San Diego while dining on their planked-deck patio. Peohe’s lunch menu is par with other San Diego bay front eateries. Surprised they have such a limited availability of Craft Beer. With sixty-one breweries and beer pubs in San Diego county, they should increase their choices for customers who would appreciate a wider variety of local brews.

Great food and Excellent view. You must make a reservation to get a table with a view which will make your experience. Be mindful the service declines on the holidays when they are very busy.

So anytime I go to Peohe's for either lunch or dinner, I order one of two things. The fish tacos or the stuffed tilapia. Both are DELISH!! I always clean my entire plate. It's so nice to sit outside and enjoy the breeze and the view.

Tourists will love the atmosphere, but this is not a serious foodie destination. The location, however, is unparalleled. Enjoy fresh seafood in a vacation paradise.
