Description: The crow bar and kitchen is the first gastropub for Orange County, complete with an array of international brews and a selective wine-by-the-glass program. The menu is done with a gourmet touch leaning on local, farm-fresh ingredients. It's high-end comfort food with an environmentally savvy twist. The crow bar and kitchen has created a different type of pub menu that celebrates local food, honors tradition and welcomes seasonality, with special attention given to illustrate the varying ways beer and food can be paired to make both more enjoyable. These menu changes will further support the farm to table model. The crow bar and kitchen is proud to support sustainable agriculture as well as local farms and businesses in order to serve food that simply tastes better. Pubs with their welcoming, fun and vibrant atmospheres have a long history of anchoring and building communities.

“Creative food and drink, great crowd”
Reviewed February 1, 2012

Love the unusual items on the menu, the huge selection of beers, and the gorgeous and fun crowd here. But after eating here several times, it dawned on me that nothing has ever "wowed" anyone I know here. And it should.

“Tasty Pub Grub”
Reviewed January 14, 2012

I thought this was a great little place. The menu has a local, organic focus that appeals to me. Moreover, it was delicious! I highly recommend starting with the meatballs!

The service was also quite excellent -- although I will confess we were there at 9pm on a Sunday.

“A Place to Crow About!”
Reviewed December 11, 2011

The beer menu is amazing. We visited more than once during our vacation and were not disappointed by the food or the service. There is a crowd on the weekends, so it's best to go early or go during the week when they are not as busy. Don't miss the duck fat fries, or anything else they may be featuring from the fat fryer that day. Flatbreads were wonderful and good for sharing. Don't miss the Crow Bar if you visit Corona Del Mar!

“Just one of my favs...”
Reviewed September 15, 2011

I would like to respectfully request you don't come here so that I may be able to get my favorite spot at the fantastic bar, chat leisurely with the helpful and very friendly staff, and enjoy the great selection of premium beers on tap while dining on delicious plates in my favorite local gastro-pub...
Is that too much to ask?
I know you will enjoy this hot spot too if you appreciate the finer things of pub-life.

“Nice vibe, good range of well-prepared food”
Reviewed August 16, 2011

This is the place to go when you're not too sure what you want, but want a range of choices. Crow Bar does small plates well and has an eclectic mix of appetizers and entrees. These include variations on comfort food, flatbreads, and burgers. There are daily specials that seem to get a bit more attention from the kitchen. We've been a number of times and only one dessert stands out -- the butterscotch pt de creme.

The range of choices extends to beer and wine as well. The beer list is particularly deep.

The restaurant can be very noisy, so pick your night and time (later is probably better if you are looking to have a conversation). Crow Bar also has a very active bar scene.
