Basic hotel and amenities, nothing spectacular. Hotel staff very professional and helpful within means. Breakfast is very basic and rooms are decent, but they need to fix internet service for better reliability. Beds needs to be rotated for often so not to feel so lumpy and soft.

Wifi signal was so weak, neither my husband or myself could use it. Wanted to take a dip by the pool and there was yellow tape around, so we asked, pool ok, jaccuzi broken. Room was ok, bed was AWESOME.

Thank you so much for your review of our property. We appreciate these as they not only let us know how your stay was but it also lets other travelers know how our property is. I apologize once again for our wireless not working during your stay with us. Like I explained we are in the process of changing providers and hope to have this remedied soon. If we are notified of your difficulties with the wireless we are able to troubleshoot the system so you may be able to access it. Our Jacuzzi unfortunately was only out of order that weekend as our filter had gone out and due to heath hazards we had to deny guests from using it. We did have signage up near the taped area.

We hope to see you again soon when ever in the Corona area!

I stay at the Best Western Corona Kings Inn 2 weeks a month, every month on business. Every stay the customer service is exceptional.It never varies! The room is exceptional and kept that way throughout my stay. The lobby is convenient and comfortable,The swimming pool is sparkling at all times. The breakfast is varied and quick with excellent coffee. The hotel is immaculately kept including but not limited to the landscape. There is excellent Italian food across the street and a convenience store on the corner with a gas station. Freeway access is quick and easy. The strongest part though are the people, from housekeeping to management the very best!

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was very clean. A/C was on upon arrival so did not have to enter a hot room. Bed was very comfortable. No problems with internet connection. Would definitely stay again.

Overall location, cleanliness, room size and amenities were as expected and nice. Room was clean reservations, check in and out were easy. Upon making reservation we were told they have portable baby cribs. Which was one of the main reasons we made the reservation. Upon arriving they said "oh we don't carry those" and the lady seemed amused we were upset with the fact that we had nowhere to lay our 12 month old without trying to fortify the beds with pillows(he rolls a lot in his sleep). Also had to listen to the group of about 10 people tailgate party until 2:30 am. With all the loud talking and laughing and beer bottles dropping. The parking lot is small so hotel staff had to have been fully aware of the noisy guests in the parking lot and did nothing to disperse them.

I again would like to thank you for once again letting us know how your stay was. I apologize that our Central Reservations department gave you false information. Like I explained in my email I was going to look into it and I have. It is in the process of being corrected. I also explained upon reviewing our security cameras on property our night staff did attempt to disperse the crowd that was congregating in our parking lot. We are a family friendly hotel and that behavior is unacceptable to us.
