Hadn't stayed there since 1997.... Beautifully done renovation. Rooms, while on the small side, are beautifully decorated. Staff was most helpful from the moment we pulled up with too much luggage :)

A bit of a frustration, though, with the Executive Lounge. The hours are marked on the door 6 am to 10pm, but I was there several times midday and there was absolutely nothing there (no soft drinks, no snacks, no coffee). Breakfast was very good. Was a little frustrated, again, when going into the lounge about 8pm and asking for coffee. The attendant (a very short woman with a very LOUD voice) seemed to think this was the most unusual request she'd ever heard and grilled me as to whether I really wanted coffee....

A second oddity.... the toilet seat in our room was almost totally off (the bolts had come undone). And the same thing was the case in one of the stalls in one of the public restrooms near the meeting rooms.

Thank you for your review and we are happy to have a return customer from 1997! Our hotel has gone through a complete renovation and are glad you enjoyed your time. While you are correct the times listed on the door are from 6am-10pm this doesn't always mean that there is an attendant present during those times and it's open for an extra space for our guests to use. Water is always available, however, snacks and soft drinks are only available during the published attendant times. We apologize for the miscommunication.

I have stayed here many times as it is really close to my home office and it has everything a business traveler needs: Gym,Good restaurant,Comfortable bed,Clean rooms,Free WI-FI for 1st 24hrs,Bar with a decent happy hour. This hotel has a dedicated group of frequent travelers it seems everyone knows each other. I will be spending many nights here in the year to come.

Check in was a little concerning as the woman that checked me in did not tell me anything about parking, hotel amenities etc... seemed like she was having a bad day maybe? Other than that, things were great. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the service was great. The bar in the lobby was nice and the bartenders kept us coming back. I stayed for a week on business and the hotel was about 45 minutes from San Francisco which was not too bad. Overall, I would definately stay here again if I visited the Concord area again.

I stayed at the Concord Hilton for three nights on a business trip. The room was very comfortable and I appreciated the chaise lounge instead of the typical hotel uncomfortable chair. This was a repeat visit and I was disappointed that they now charge for self-parking in their surface parking lot. I would mind so much if it were for covered parking but when you still have to walk in the rain to get to your car, it seems a bit like they are trying to make an extra buck wherever they can.

Room Tip: Higher rooms are less likely to notice the music playing in the court yard. It was not too loud on the fourth floor but a little annoying if you are trying to fall asleep early.

Parking is now paid for over night and in mid 2013 will become parking paid 24/7 for the additional amenities such as; extra drivers for shuttle runs, 24/7 bellman staff, and additional bellman during peak times along with added Valet for the convenience of our guests.

stayed there over Thanksgiving and really loved the staff. very helpful and attentive. seems like everyone from front desk to room service and even maintenance went out of their way to help.
rooms were clean and also very sound proof..loved the courtyard with the fire pit !!

Room Tip: get a room with courtyard veiw
