stayed there over Thanksgiving and really loved the staff. very helpful and attentive. seems like everyone from front desk to room service and even maintenance went out of their way to help.
rooms were clean and also very sound proof..loved the courtyard with the fire pit !!

Called twice to have tub checked because drained so poorly. Nothing done, just promises. Returned to room in the evening and tub was dirty with soap scum, hair. Disgusting. Smells like a gym locker room in bathroom. Shower curtain torn on top edge. Water from shower keeps draining onto tile floor. Stand in tub and it creaks as if it is about to fall through the floor. Air conditioner didn't stay on. Had to wake up every couple of hours to turn fan back on. Breakfast for 2 was $30, and it was awful. Got my egg order wrong. No spoon for the yogurt, no jelly for toast, English muffin was cold. They did comp us one night for our troubles. But you don't go to a hotel hoping you get comped for a bad stay.

Room Tip: Don't stay in room 822.

We just returned from the Hilton for business and once again found it to be a great hotel. The amenitites are great, especially with the completion of their renovation!!! I was there at the time the elevators were being serviced but did not find it to be terribly bothersome. Yes, you may have had to wait a bit longer for the elevator but after all they were being renovated. It wasn't as if it was a permenant problem. The new restaurant was wonderful as well especially the regular waitress that has been there for years!!! Truly a pleasure!

THis is my second time to stay and i know elevator service is not easy to obtain on short notice. When i arrived one of the three elevators was being serviced. The other two accomodated the guests very well. The next evening when i arrived, the first was repaired but the other two were out of order. The wait was too long and coming back down the next morning was equally frustrating. According to their information, they just completed a multi million dollar remodel. I am not sure they spent any money on the elevators.
My other issue is the 68 degree cooling setting on the thermostat. I did not realize the setting was fixed until 3:30 am when i awoke hot and unable to lower the temp. Hotels seem to be in love with these duvets rather than blanket and bedspread. I understand costs probably drive this decision, however, I don;t like the duvet and don't like the thermostat fixed at 68.

We are being proactive and will be undergoing a full elevator remodel and repair over the next two years. Wait times can be tough and we will make ever effort in the future in making wait times and longer lines minimal.

This is a really nice hotel with the facilities of a 5 star. The best thing about the hotel is the shuttle service it provides to all the nearby stores. If its not too busy, the shuttle drivers would take you whereever you wanted to go (and sometimes wait for you as well). Would defintely stay at the hotel in the future.
The only thing I wasnt too happy about was the breakfast. The hotel gave vouchers of $15 and anything above that I would have to chip in. I could use this option or have the very basic menu served (3-4 main dishes max, basic cereals and juices - nothgin fancy). So if I took the $15 option, I would have to pay out of pocket which is not alot of money but one doesnt want to spend $4-5 everyday. Its more inconvenience than anything else. If you are staying at Hilton, these minor expenses should be covered. Note: the staff serving breakfast was very kind.

For a full service hotel, this Hilton is a cut above for a cut below normal prices. Were we shocked to see this hotel 50% LESS than a Holiday Inn Express in a little country town. Beautiful pool and lovely outdoor veranda. Also great indoor bar and restaurant. Very very happy to see a great room on top of all the usual amenities. Not a bad hop to the Napa Valley from here and frankly even if you are a local simply looking for a change of scenery, this might be the place. Close (yet far in imagination) from shops and the freeway. We rarely even check full service hotels since we prefer the smaller B&B's or boutique hotels. But this may experience last weekend may flip our pre-conceived notions. And BTW, a mega wedding was taking place throughout the main lobby and outdoor patio as we checked in very late. But miraculously not a peep was heard in our room. Loved it.
