“Always love the show”
Reviewed August 10, 2012

This is a great place for a show and to have fun. The food is not the draw, but the theatrics are the main attraction. Fun drinks and tasty food...good enough. Very busy on the weekends.

“Find another place to eat”
Reviewed August 4, 2012

A group of us went to Benihana for dinner this evening to celebrate an anniversary. Two young women were also added to our group of 6. Even though we had reservations, we waited for over 30 minutes to be seated. During that time, the noise level was ridiculously loud. Once seated, we had two incidents were bowls were broken by our cook. The last incident ended with one of the young women at our table finding pieces of glass in her fried rice. Then, one gal from our group went to the ladies room only to find they were have plumbing problems and the sink was backed up. Our friend took a picture, it looked like brown soup--yuk! A sign was taped on the mirror to use the handicapped room, which had a sink, but no hand towels. Yikes!! never again.
Hopefully management will advise the cook that the grill should be cleared of all food, cleaned, and then the food (in this case the fried rice) should once again be prepared from scratch. Instead, the cook left to get a new bowl, leaving the fried rice on the grill, and then putting it in the new bowl--little knowing glass bits had contaminated the rice. Once the young woman found the glass bits in her mouth, she could not eat another bite. Management did not charge her for her meal, but she also left a full plate of food.

“Great food, good fun”
Reviewed May 28, 2012

The food is great, you sit around the cook and his grill! He also does a cooking performance as he is cooking. It is a bit on the expensive side, but worth it.
