We came to Cloverdale for the Citrus Fair and stayed at the Inn with our 3 young kids. We stayed in the Canton Cottage. It was spacious and nice to be away from the other rooms, we didn't have to worry about our 18 month old disturbing the other guests. The breakfast was huge, and so good! The staff was nice, and very patient with our kids. They had a high-chair ready for us, we didn't have to ask. It was a great weekend there, we only wish we could've stayed longer!

We stayed in the Canton Cottage at Old Crocker over Labor Day weekend. This was our fourth annual trip to northern California wine country and we seem to move further north every year. On customer service alone, this Inn should receive a top rating. Upon arriving back home after our stay, I realized I was missing one earring, which was a gift from my husband. I emailed the owners, they found the ring, and sent it to me all within a week! This is what I consider great customer service and caring owners.

As for our stay, the inn is a good distance from Geyserville and Healdsburg. I consider this both a pro and con. After our dinners at Cyrus (oh, how we are going to miss that place) and Dry Creek Kitchen, it was a bit of a drive back up to Old Crocker. The other drawback during our stay was the campground below the inn was a bit noisy at night, being Labor Day weekend. It should be noted neither of these things are the fault of the owners and the grounds and location are lovely. Our cottage was very comfortable and clean. As others have mentioned, the bed was incredibly luxurious, and the fresh air provided a great rest. One small critique dealt with the whirlpool tub. When I turned on the jets, a good amount of dirt and other junk came out. I had to get out and drain the tub. However, this is a pretty small issue. The pool was clean and refreshing after a day of wine tasting. The breakfast was delicious. After staying in three other locations around the area, Old Crocker Inn is definitely the best value in the area.

We found this place specifically looking for new places to stay on our wine country trips. We love the Wine Country Inn in St. Helena in Napa County and wanted some similarly quiet and serene places to stay in Sonoma. Old Crocker in is unique. Far off the beaten path, deer, turkey, and quail walk with you on your morning stroll in the hills. The rooms are old, quaint, and just nice. There is a charm and feel for this place that we loved. The breakfasts are incredible; Sunday's are exceptional. Staff is friendly; super friendly. This will be one of our desitnation points on our yearly trips to find new wines.

I stayed at the Old Crocker Inn with my family for two nights. We had a truly pleasant and warm experience staying there. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room had a working fireplace, the 3 course breakfast was delicious, and it was a perfect weekend getaway for me and my family. Not all places make you say 'Wow' after you've stayed there. This was a place that made my weekend perfect. Many thanks to Tony and Marcia. Will definitely stay here when I come there again.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Stanford room. It was a nice experience.

We loved out stay at the Old Crocker Inn. We purchased a livingsocial deal and it exceeded our expectations. Wonderful and lovely inn keepers. They were always friendly to talk to through our stay and helpful to make our trip a good experience! Communication for our reservations over the phone were a little difficult at first, but everything worked out in the end! There were so many little things they do to make it extra special...fresh flowers in your room, warm freshly baked snack at night, movies to watch during your stay, and lots of other little treats. It is definitely out in the country and away from other things to do, but beautiful grounds to stay on! We hope to be back!

Although, we arrived without a reservation, in a last minute frantic state & with our dog, Tony and Marcia were so welcoming and accommodating as a return guest. Breakfasts are always delicious & filling. Also, the evening goodies are a treat before turning in for a great night sleep on those luxurious sheets. Thank you ever so much again.
