It was parents' weekend at the 5c's and we reserved a table in mid-afternoon for 8:15. The reservation did not get down on the book, but the manager remembered that we'd called and worked hard to get us in to his very busy restaurant. He ordered us a delicious appetizer pizza (arugula and goat cheese) on the house that was delivered within 5 minutes of us sitting down. His taking responsibility for the missing reservation made our entire evening more enjoyable; I will definitely return next time I'm in Claremont. I had a fusilli with salmon and capers....super tasty, The lasagne (enough for 2) and the gnocchi were good, though not exceptional. Prices were fair, especially for the size of the servings. Also, they have a huge menu, with wood oven pizzas, lots of pasta dishes as well as meat, chicken and fish. The interior is much more vibrant than expected when walking in from the street. It is warm and inviting, but not quiet.
