I can understand a restraunt being caught off guard with a sudden increase in guests, but to ignore seated diners, never return to check on the diner and then to serve over cooked and turned cold food is unacceptable. In addition when I approached the GM to voice what was happening, he cut me off by saying "glad to hear it" and turned around and walked away. I have never experienced such an unbelievable attitude and response from any type of manager. And I am a consumer who will seek out a manager to praise an employee for an outstanding job. I have left a voice mail for Mr. Tom Vogel, CEO of Logan's Roadhouse. I guess I will see if the entire corporation is from the same school.
