The overall atmosphere is ok. Clean and not too loud. Service was fair to poor. Long wait between visits from our server.
Not remembering things ordered. An argument with the manager over a coupon didn't help either. Food was very average and the mai tai I ordered had very little alcohol in it(supposedly 3 rums in it). Their prime rib is most definitely not from prime grade beef either. The sweet potato fries were good though. Their bread is always good. Coleslaw mediocre. Was looking forward to the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake but that was the hugest disappointment. Frozen and pretty flavorless was bad enough but they put it on a hot plate so bottom was melting on the plate.
I would not go back and spend my money there.

Have been a customer there since it first opened and always had good service, well cooked food and good waiters and waitresses. Unlike some of the other locations, I've never had a bad meal here.

The food was excellent, and service great. Music was a little loud, but we could have a good conversation regardless. I last ate here 20 years ago, and its just as good now as it was then!!!

We used to go here a lot, but the last few vists it has smelled, the tables were extremely wobbly and the food just didn't seem up to the quality it used to be. Might try again soon to see has improved.

I've had a lot of great meals here over the past few years. Some of the highlights include:

Top sirloin, lobster tail & fried shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes and steak & barley soup. Plus the usual delicious warm brown bread mini loaf & whipped butter and a salad.

"Summer grill" special, which included a 7-ounce top sirloin steak (done med rare as ordered), baby back ribs, grilled shrimp, grilled corn on the cob, baked potato & steamed broccoli. Plus of course the warm brown bread & whipped butter.

Open-face prime rib sandwich for lunch, done to my liking, medium rare and the delicious fresh warm bread.

They're good about substituting items, e.g., baked spud for fries or onion rings or vice-versa. While it's kind of a maze inside, I enjoy the semi-private booths and dim lighting, as I'm not a big fan of a lot of newer places with open, noisy spaces & blinding lights. And their coupon specials can't be beat. .
