“Tortillas Freshly made”
Reviewed May 16, 2012

If they would not have messed up my order they would have gotten a perfect rating. For a while the quality of their tacos were not so great but after recently going they picked up and can honestly say they almost taste like the ones in TJ. The people are really nice, however when you order (atleast for me) it was difficult to make out what I was saying and vice versa to the cook, the kitchen fans are really loud. Other than that worth eating here.

“thinking about it right now”
Reviewed September 25, 2011

...which I guess makes sense, as I am writing a review.
It is not expensive; I'd say less than $30 for four people eating quite a bit.
When you enter, you choose a station (based on what that station is preparing) and order there. I loved the tacos from the far-right station (Pork Adobada).

“The real deal”
Reviewed September 17, 2011

Really good tacos! These are the real deal authentic tacos!!! If you are tired of americanized tacos go to Gordos! Small joint, very casual, no beer served but these are the tacos you have been looking for! Yum! Service is at the counter but the people who work there are friendly and nice.

“Great little taco like everyone said!”
Reviewed June 28, 2010

We used our GPS to find this place after reading you get the best taco outside of Tijuana. We had a most enjoyable trip through the drive in as nobody really spoke english but a young guy tried so hard........it made it fun for us. We ordered the often spoke of spicy pork taco and a few other items. Yes, they are small, but they were GOOD!

“Pork Adobadaaaaa (drooling!)”
Reviewed January 29, 2010

Sick Sick Sick pork adobada taco with avocado crema. For $1.85 it's the tastiest bite you'll find for your money. You'll need at least 3 tacos to feel satisfied however. Whatever you do, you MUST ORDER THE PORK ADOBADA TACOS! See my attached pictures of this deliciousness.

I tried 1 carne asada taco....totally not worth it....and the pork adobada mula...basically a quesadilla. I preferred the taco but if you love cheese try the mula.

The staff were all nice and helpful, and by 11:45 the place was packed with a mix of gringos on their lunch breaks and some of the local hispanic citizens.
