Hotel staff was very helpful! We had to assemble flowers for a wedding and they were so accommodating! I would definetely recommend this hotel and stay at one of the chains associated with it. Great job !

We only live less than ten miles away, but love to be able to get away for the night. This is our local dig. It's a great location. Movie theater is in the same parking lot! So we got massages at a reflexology place nearby, went to see a movie, came back and got ready for dinner, went to dinner, came back and changed and went and saw another movie. If we go away, we want to be comfortable. The bed is the most important piece in any hotel, in our opinion, and their beds are great! Nice little breakfast included. Ample parking. Not much bad to say. Wish there was a fridge in the room. We like to sneak our own food into the movies...anyway, we'll be back!
Had been in So Cal for several days and decided to change hotels. Should have done it sooner. My room was very spacious and clean. The internet service was fast and they had first rate movies available in my room. The location also offered a number of retail and food choices.
What a great stay. It was recommended to me by someone local to the Chino Hills area and I was very happy I decided to use that advise. All of the staff was pleasant and helpful and did a great job. I stayed for 4 nights. The breakfast was great and always fresh. Rooms were very clean and well kept. Location is perfect. Good restaurants and things to do close by. Nice pool also.
A little less than what I typically expect from a Hampton Inn. Carpet was very worn and staff was not very engaging. Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Movie theater next door and quick access to the highway.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, and hot breakfast - what more can you ask for! The location is near restaurants and convenience stores so you can walk to places to eat. Plenty of parking was available.
