We were out of the country in September, 2012, when we were given the dates for our granddaughter's graduation. We contacted this hotel and were told they would not confirm our reservation until the first of April, 2013. We were told it would be necessary to call on that date to confirm our reservation and we would be sent a confirmation by email. We decided to try and find another hotel near by rather than take a chance of not getting a room with them in April, so we did not contact them. We received a phone call from them over the weekend stating we had not shown up for our reservation and we were being charged for our room. We explained thar we had not called nor had we been sent any confirmation. We would have gladly stayed here rather than the terrible place we ended up in Willows. They were rude, obnoxious and said they were charging us even though they had no emails or paperwork to provide us that showed we had confirmed and they had sent an email. Posting this on our Facebook and every where else, customer service is certainly not in their vocabulary! Going to fight the charges on our credit card, not sure what good it will do but hate being taken advantage of by BAD people.
