“Best place in Chico to have a rehearsal dinner”
Reviewed July 5, 2012

I had never been to Chico before, and was in town for my daughter's wedding. We ate here for the rehearsal dinner.
We had a special gluten-free meal of chicken broiled in garlic butter and herbs, rice, and Caesar salad. All was delicious. Service was excellent, as staff attended to our needs with a smile. Next time I am in Chico, I am looking forward to trying the regular menu.

“yummy sandwiches”
Reviewed June 24, 2012

We were looking for a nice sandwich shop with interesting choices; using tripadvisor.com, we found Broadway Heights Restaurant. Broadway Heights had some nice selections - we chose to split the Moroccan chicken sandwich.

Very good flavors on bread a little bigger than Texas toast size. The chicken was warm and a good portion size. Sandwiches come with a side (pasta salad, green salad or soup); if splitting a sandwich, another side can be added for $3.50. The one side and sandwich was more than enough for two.

Sandwich plus side is around $10-$12, making this a very reasonably priced and very tasty meal for two to split.

Street parking is $.25 for 30 minutes; there is a parking structure behind/attached (??) to the building. Not sure of the cost to park there ......

“Food OK but Service?”
Reviewed May 23, 2012

Took my daughter and friends out for dinner. The food was fair but we waited 15 minutes just for the greet, another 15 minutes for a glass of wine and then 15 minutes for the order...etc. And we were the only party in the restaurant. Terrible service.

“Nice place for a casual meal”
Reviewed April 23, 2012

We met up here with a friend that attends Chico State. She recommended it.
I had a small pizza that was very good. Two others ordered salads that were a very large size, and they were quite happy with them.
They serve Sierra Nevada beer on tap, which we enjoyed.
