This hotel had disappointing customer service. After waiting for a clerk to review the new green policy which is basically no housekeeping in exchange for a 5 coupon with another guest It was my turn to be service. I was ignored and when I asked for help the clerk asked for "John" to assist me. John had to put 3 hole punches in 10 empty sheets if paper before he could be bothered to help me. Really?? I am not feeling the care and attention that I would expect from a Sheraton.
