We were pleasantly surprised with this place. And have slept in the best beds ever!
Very suitable for families and golf-lovers.

My first time to be here. I stayed only one night at la casetta zone and it offers best mountain view and pool. I recommend you booking room with mountain view although it's more expensive but you'll get the best panarama view. I am sure will be back asap.

Spent a night in the room close to the Parking, Lobby, Restaurant and Lake, this room still, gave enough privacy and convenience. The hotel made you feel like staying somewhere in Italian countryside, with the grandeur of the surrounding atmosphere. The Khao Yai air was fresh, clean and cool. Breakfast and dishes served in the restaurant 'Club Lago' was great in both varieties and taste. Since we spent the whole time in the property, we tried almost every restaurant, and agreed that Club Lago best suited our taste buds.

Because of tremendous and prolonged stress at the work place, I spontaneously wanted to take a short break from it all. I, together with other 2 family members decided to take a 2 day and 1 night short trip to Khao Yai on Wed, 20 March. We booked a mountain view room at La Casetta by Toscana Valley at a reasonable price at around 1,700 Baht per person (service charge + vat included) and went there without any prior knowledge of the place. We just saw reviews here that this is a good place so we decided to believe them.

My first impression was that this place is so huge. We were asked where we were heading to inside by the security people then they told us the direction. We were helped by quite a number of guards until we arrived at the registration lobby for the hotel. As my booking had already been charged, the registration was very fast and the staff were so friendly. One of them brought us to the designated room. But as we checked the back of the room which was next to the Roman Pool we were absolutely enchanted by how beautiful the view was. The staff was so friendly that he offered us to change the room from the mountain view on the second floor to the garden view on the first floor. So we got the room H101 which was, here I'm saying, the best room we could possibly have at the place. It was in the Block H which was situated next to the Roman Pool. The view was picturesque. I felt incredibly lucky.

My first hand experience of the place was that there were so many staff! And unbelievably so friendly! As the hotel was located far from the Town Square, we were informed that there would always be a van to take us to the TS (just a phone call to the Lobby.) I took time relaxing as that was my main reason I was there. The view was breath-taking and I really enjoy silence and the nature.

In the evening, I tried a bicycling trip offered by the place. WIth only 120 Baht you get a good bicycle and a bicycle helmet for your cycling trip. It was so good because I was not a sport person yet it took me just the right amount of energy to finish the trip. The scenery was beautiful as I rode around the Toscana's Golf Club and finished the trip at the TS. The best time is to do this between 16.30-17.30 hrs. as it won't be too hot. I finished by little trip with a glass of iced chocolate at Cafe Vino at TS. It was a good day.

My family and I enjoyed a good deal of out time in the Roman Pool in the late evening. As that part of the hotel was booked by only 3 groups (ours, a family, a couple), frankly speaking, we really owned that swimming pool for the day. It was a very good day. In the morning, we had breakfast at Club Lago which had a very beautiful bridge. I checked out with a very happy heart and fully-rested soul. I recommend this place.

Room tip: If you want solitude, choose La Casetta hotel. Rooms with garden view are on 1st Fl. and rooms with mountain view on 2nd Fl.

Went there for 2 nights with kids
one thing we like is they dont charge kids coz kids wont eat much breakfast anyway we went to mutimaya they charge breakfast on small kids this is silly

breakfast is ok but no staff to attend to you much

what i really dont like is cleanliness room is quite dirty with lots of hand prints on windows and dust everywhere my husband couldnt sleep at night sneezing a lot

price is too high for the things they offer they even charge on keycard loss but 5 star hotels dont do this

staff seem like rookies they dont take complaints well even they couldnt answer about OTA booking guest has to figure out ways by themselves

hotel should consider lower price atleast 15% if they cannot be premium
