wooden bungalow style rooms are placed around a lovely garden which gives a nice feeling.. the rooms are tiny with double beds. we stayed there 2 nights in two different rooms. the first room was horrible, very old furnitures and since the establishment is wooden we heard every step and "movement" from the upstairs room. the staff was so kind to change our room the next day where we finally had some sleep.
the food is great and the service is very good thanks to the staff being so friendly.. however, i can't say the same for the owners who did not even bother smiling to their customers.
we expected a lot more from the place considering the price we paid.

I have been to many, many places in the world (40 countries so far), and several vacationing spots, but I have never been able to sleep so soundly and profoundly as in this place. It really pays homage to its name. We spent five days (four nights) relaxing, eating (great food!), reading, on the internet, walking, canoeing, on the beach (only 15 min walk), and chatting with others enjoying the same as we. Even the kids (there were a few) were quiet!

Dinner on the nice deck by the river every night was a delight (evening are real cool, one night she had to get a shawl) food was plentiful (both breakfast, served until noon!, and dinner were included with the room price ... a steal). The room was small but very clean and confortable, air conditioned, cable TV, and no phone (yeah!).

We plan to come back for another few days of real vacation without worries and very quiet perhaps in lat autumn or even winter.

Room Tip: Rooms on the west side seem cooler (although they are all air-conditioned) and you can sleep with the windows open.

We had a chance to spend 1 night in this lovely place which made us feel at home. First impression was that our expectations were satisfied with the wooden structure of the hotel and the decoration of the room. However once we started our dinner we were amazed by the quality of the food and service which continued with breakfast. Outstanding food and service quality beyond expectations. We would strongly recommend this lovely place especially for couples looking for some private times.

We had great time in this lovely little hotel. They really offer a personalized service compared to other crowded Agva hotels. It is owned by a lovely couple from Istanbul, very friendly and helpful to their guests. The rooms were clean, tidy, simple aimed for relaxing environment. The breakfast was very delicious which was served with homemade jams and the local delicacies. We had our dinner also at Tranquilla, the local fish was delicious, strongly recommended.
It was a very pleasant experience, lovely surroundings and absolutely relaxing with very nice staff.

We had a fantastic time in this gorgeous little hotel in Ağva. The atmosphere is marvelous, really peaceful. Having breakfast and dinner by the river while the night falls was a real pleasure. Food was top notch - special thank you for the delicious homemade marmalade!

It really is a place designed for relax. Simple, clean, tidy, with a garden to die for. Probably the best moment of the day is at night, when the staff lights a fire in the garden, guests gather around it, reading, playing backgammon, or sipping the delicious freshly-brewed çai, beverage I really couldn´t get enough of.

A very pleasant experience, a beautiful place run with professionalism by a most attentive staff.
