This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Desert Cities near Palm Springs. My favorite dish here is the tostada ceviche. It is a small but filling portion of uncooked lime soaked shrimp and other seafood. It's placed on a crispy corn tortilla. The flavor is crisp, with lot's of lime. I suggest a few drops of Tapato on it for zest. I usually order this and a dinner salad in summer, with a margarita. On weekends, they have excellent manuedo. This family owned restaurant serves tortillas that are thick like the one's you see in the Yucatan. The patrons here are mostly locals, are mostly Mexican nationals or immigrants, with some non-hispanics who are privy to a great local secret. It's a local jewel.
