“Best Mexican Seafood in Palm Springs area. Period.”
Reviewed July 16, 2014

Coming from a mexican, believe me, this is a really good place to visit on Sunday for a hangover :-) Real mexican dishes. The place is a little hard to find, but don't give up, it's worth every minute you spend looking for it.

“Good food”
Reviewed November 14, 2013

Good food and excellent service. I had flank steak and the wife had a shrimp dish, both were excellent and this restaurant is a keeper.

“Excellent out of the way Mexican seafood restaurant”
Reviewed February 22, 2013

While working at a resort up Dinah Shore we found this little cafe in a strip center at the corner of Date Palm and Dinah Shore. It doesn't look like much from the outside but inside they make some of the best Mexican seafood and traditional dishes. The ceviche and fish soups are amazing. If you want a filling and tasty lunch try the fish (or shrimp or combo) tacos! Huge pieces of fresh fried fish with cabbage, pico de gallo and dressing. Two filled me up and I believe they were like $3 a piece!

Don't pay the high prices downtown. Head to La Palapa for real good food real cheap!

“Best taco's ever!!!!!”
Reviewed May 31, 2010

Best carne asda taco ever and great shrimp c.t. service is not so great but the great hot fresh food makes up for the service you receive in a family owned restaurant compared to a chain rest. like applebee's
