My husband and I stayed at Taborland Guest House on our recent honeymoon tour of Israel. The neighborhood was a little difficult to find and feels pretty rustic, but don't let that deter you by any means.

Sara recognized us at the door, and from that moment, we felt like her home was our home. The house itself is well appointed, the furniture is homey, the view from the back porch is absolutely lovely and the house is accessible from the National Trail through the backyard. We slept great and woke up to a fantastic homemade breakfast that ended up being one of the most authentic and memorable of our whole tour of Israel. In addition to providing a wonderful place to stay, Sara is extremely knowledgeable on the Tabor area and the Israel national parks, and offered us advise, directions, contacts--anything we needed. We could not recommend Taborland Guest House more highly.

I stayed for two nights. Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Our host made a full and wonderful breakfast both mornings (we paid extra for breakfast, and were glad we did). From this location we were able to visit most of the northern sites of Israel. I recommend this place to anyone who truly wants to see Israel.

My friend and I stayed at Tabor Land during the Jewish High Holy Days in 2012. It was the latter part of the Atonement week and we ended up being the only guests. Our host Sarah was accommodating beyond any imaginable expectations. We were given the best rooms in the house. The sun can be observed rising over Syrian-African Rift Valley and setting over Mt Tabor. Truly a breathtaking experience. One afternoon Sarah took us in her jeep onto the Syrian Plato which practically starts at the back yard of the guest house to observation points with amazing views of Galilee and Sea of Kinneret. These are priceless and unforgettable experiences.

Room Tip: The guest house maybe a bit difficult to locate. Upon arrival to Kfar Qisch stop at the grocery store. They pointed us in the right direction and even called Sarah to come out and greet us.

I stayed at Tabor Land Guest House in April 2012. The room was very clean and comfortable. Sarah was welcoming, entertaining and helpful. She was a wealth of knowledge of places to see in Galilee. The Guest House was well located for those exploring Mt Tabor and Galilee. It had a relaxed, pleasant rural outlook. While staying at Tabor Land, Sarah made me feel like part of the family.

From the moment we arrived at Tabor Land Guesthouse we felt right at home. The entire house, including our room, was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. There's a nice garden in the back in which you can relax and enjoy the view with a glass of wine (or 2 or 3) and that's not even the best part!... Sarah, the owner of the house was absolutely amazing! She gave us tips on great places to eat, great things to do and was great company herself. And get this... when we arrived, she had baked a batch of delicious cookies for us and her other guests and when they were gobbled up so fast, she baked ANOTHER batch! I can't say enough good things about this guesthouse and HIGHLY recommend staying here. I look forward to coming back myself in the future.
