We were so pleased with the meal, the service and the staff that we booked a second visit before we left. The sauces were perfection, vegetables perfectly cooked with the steak. Pizza was amazing and for dessert the latte superb with the delicious tart tartin.

We went for lunch which was very good.In particular, the escargot and bread were delicious. The service was fine.

Being from Italy, I tend to stay away from ordering pasta while abroad. But on a recent visit to Carmel I stopped at Bicyclette for a quick - and wonderful - lunch. The white wine and pesto pasta were delightful! Better than in most restaurants in Italy !! Lovely restaurant in one of my favorite towns.

This great spot has something for everyone and bakes up great pizzas for those who eat gluten free - try the 'Charcuterie' topping. Remember to order extra to take home... the pizzas re-heat well and taste great cold, too!

We ate there twice during our stay in Carmel. The beet salad is exceptional as is the stone fruit salad. We also ordered pizza thin crust and quite tasty. Definitely we're eating there for a nice simple wholesome meal.
