Had read lots about this drive and it lived up to expectations. A lovely drive thru a beautiful area and ended up at the beautiful Pebble Beach. If you are in the area make sure to take the time and do the drive

Having driven down to Big Sur the previous day, we did the 17 mile drive because a friend had recommended it. If you're a golf enthusiast I might see the attraction but otherwise don't bother - the scenery along Big Sur is much more attractive and free!

We drove this road and absolutely loved it. We pulled over almost everywhere there was a parking place. There were all kinds of things to do: Walk, watch surfers, watch seals and sea lions. We also saw sea otters and other wild life. What an amazing trip this is.
