“Pleasant Restaurant”
Reviewed October 29, 2013

This restaurant sits fronting the crossroads shopping village. Lots of free parking. Restaurant is very spacious - I am sure it could accommodate a group dinner. Lots of celebrity caricatures on the wall. This night we came as a couple. Because we were on our way back to our hotel after a long day on the road, we were dressed casually - the hostess was very kind when we asked about a dress code; she offered an option to eat in the lounge - it was perfect for us. A smidgen noisy with guests at the bar and watching sports but to be expected. Service was friendly and quick. I ordered the baby back ribs; my only critique is that it was not meat that fell off the bone tender - yet it was tasty. Our server even provided a nice damp cloth for cleanup after eating the ribs. It was a pleasant ending to a long day.

“Too Good for a Mall!”
Reviewed October 23, 2013

Three of us had dinner at Rio Grill. The restaurant decor is very uplifting. You can't help but smile. A real "feel good" feeling there. The food was delicious. Our server Lily was a sweetheart. The restaurant was right down the street from Mission Ranch. Tried to eat there but it was a 45 minute wait. At Rio Grill, although full of people waiting, we only waited about 15 minutes. i look forward to eating at Rio Grill again.

“Consistently good!”
Reviewed October 15, 2013

Rio Grille is a great place; casual, great decor, great food, great service, and consistently good.
Location is very convenient at the Crossroads shopping center, plenty of parking. Portions are large and great tasting. We love the pork loin ($20.75) which is tender and juicy, and plenty of it.
Margaritas from $9.75 are really good. Efficient, friendly reception.

“Great Service, Great Food”
Reviewed October 14, 2013

This is my favorite restaurant hands down. I love the food, drinks and service here. Joe Valencia the restaurant manager was working the floor the day we dined and he is super friendly. It's always good to see a manager on the floor talking to guests. This is a great place to go for a birthday treat. Keep up the good work and good food... Looking forward to coming back.
