Grasing's is one of our favorite restaurants in Carmel. So, we may be slightly biased. We first visited Grasing's in November 2010. It was truly magical and the server, Mike, was exceptional. The food is just as amazing if not even better. We often have the calamari which is always crispy but tender and cooked just right. Today, I had the Black Angus Burger which isn't exactly sophisticated food. However, their burger is really off the charts. It is served on ciabatta bread with avocado, cheddar cheese, and bacon. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. My wife had the Alfredo fettuccine which was plentiful and flavored to perfection. This was from the lunch menu. The dinner menu is versatile and sophisticated. The setting feels like an old French home. The servers are very knowledgeable and really nice. If you go, you won't forget or regret it.
