We went to dinner on a busy night for restaurants; Father's Day. We had amazing appetizers: shrimp cocktail, fried calamari & shrimp, and the ahi tartare. For dinner, our son had pasta, and we ordered the prime rib. We ordered medium rare, but the waiter informed us before we were served, that it was more medium. We went ahead and kept our order, but the meat was definitely more done than we would have liked. We didn't send it back, but when we received our check, our waiter insisted on comping our two meals, since it hadn't been cooked as we had ordered. We were very pleasantly surprised, and impressed with that kind of level of customer care. Since everything else had been prepared perfectly (plus holidays like that put a lot of pressure on the kitchen), we will certainly return to this lovely restaurant, that obviously cares about its customers.
