Well all things Lego indeed! Loved the deism and staff were very help full. We arrived at 12 knowing check in was not until 4. Wow rooms were ready so we checked in. As you would expect with a child orientated hotel at time areas were very loud but it was great to hear so many children having so much fun. If anything the only down side was breakfast. Uncleared tables everywhere and not much tidy up around the buffet. Food was just ok. A very memorable stay!

the folks at lego have thought of everything for this hotel. so much to list-from pint size buffet centers to whoopee cushions built into the floor, my boys had a blast here. the staff was a-mazing. my kids were so excited to see each and everyone of these folks every morning and I was always so thrilled at how they made my kids feel. every encounter was a positive one and I have nothing, absolutely nothing negative to report. you do need to keep in mind that this hotel is definitely designed for kids-its loud, its crazy and its busy. the rooms, however, were totally quiet. a must do if in the southern California area with kids.

Room Tip: please note that kingdom rooms are on the first floor-if you want the "elevator experience"...

This hotel lived up to expectations. It was every kids dream. Our kids boys aged 11 & 8 knew we were going to Leogoland but didn't know we were staying at the hotel, we wanted this to be a surprise. There faces when we pulled up in the car and saw the outside were just a picture. When we walked into room it was amazing done out in lego carpet, wallpaper and bedspreads, Kids bunks with their own TV. Kids even get to do a treasure hunt for a prize.
The buffet dinner/breakfast was amazing and so much selection.
The pool area was great with floating lego bricks for the kids to play with.
Nightly entertainment for the kids includes lego building competitions.
Lego characters placed all around the hotel.
Don't miss out on the disco lift which the kids loved!
Location right next door to Legoland.
Only issue was not being able to check in until 4pm, and also not having access to email or ability to charge International phone calls to your bill.
Would definately recommend this hotel to other families with children up to the age of 12.

This was our first vacay as a family to California. We decided to stay at this hotel since it was after all within walking distance of Legoland and who wouldn't want to stay here at least once? From the moment we drove onto the Legoland Hotel property we were impressed. We were greeted immediately upon entering and the ambience of this place made you feel like a kid in a candy store. As you might expect, Legos everywhere! From the check in desk to the kids area were there were bricks upon bricks of Legos to play with while they wait. Situated in the lobby area was a great big lego castle in which was surrounded with Legos for the kids to play with along with a sitting area for them to let their imaginations take hold. It didn't take long until we were able to go up to our room and boy was the journey there even exciting for us! Towards the right of the elevator kids could step on the ground and it made a farting sound along which the kids got a kick out of. As soon as we were in the elevator and the door closed, it starting playing disco music and the disco ball on the ceiling started illuminating different colors as the music went on. We finally got to our room and we were blown away by the detail of the room. From the wallpaper to the lego parrot that was situated near the ceiling. The kids also received a treasure hunt map that asked them various questions which once done would unlock the safe that contained a little something for them. All in all I as well as my family extremely enjoyed our stay here and wished we could have stayed longer. It is a bit pricey, but definitely worth staying at. Will be back for sure!

Great adventure themed room. Our girls aged 7 and 11 loved everything from the treasure hunt, bunk beds, disco elevator, characters in lobby, to the proximity to park. Bricks restaurant is a little expensive for dinner but perfect food for kids. Only problem was with housekeeping. Room wasn't ready until almost 4:30pm for check in, and we had to call and request that our room be cleaned when came back from park at 4:20pm to an unserviced room.

Room Tip: Standard rooms are well-themed.

Great fun for the kids and for parents. Lots of unique amenities for the kids - treasure hunt with small prize in every room, fantastically decorated rooms, fun buffet, entertainment, and lego-filled lobby. It is definitely all about the kids, but worth it! Bunk beds and disco elevators were an added bonus. Heavy sliding bathroom doors in the bathrooms not great. Stay away from the overpriced food in the Skyline cafe. Bricks buffet is decent and the kids loved it.

Room Tip: Kingdom theme is on ground floor, pirate theme and adventure theme upstairs.

We went there in summer with a 6-year old and a 8-year old. In our opinion, LEGOland is a great place for family with kids. Here are some suggestions: 1. Collect coupon to before your trip. We got "buy one get one free" coupon and that saved us a lot. 2. Two-day admission is better than one-day admission if you are not in a rush. We stayed there for a whole day but still didn't have time to try everything. The kids wanted to go back there next morning but we couldn't make it because of our tight schedule. 3. For those popular rides, be aware that you might need to wait half an hour or so to get a ride. 4. Waterpark is very popular in summer. My kids' loved the lazy river and the waterslide very much. It's better to rent a locker there and bring your own towels.
