Sadly we had to sit on the less appealing side due to weather conditions but the views are gorgeous either way. Food was delicious and the owners/staff very helpful. Peaceful location and good prices

O Milos is a cute, little tavern in Olympos, Karpathos. Owned by a family, father, mother and daughter. Mum bakes and cooks, daughter serves and the father wanders around and smiles :) The food ( we ate chicken souvlaki, Greek salad, fried zucchini and potatos )was fresh and delicious. Also we had orange juice and Greek coffee, which were tasty, too. They have tables seeing the sea in the front and the valley in the back. They have a wind mile, which really grinds wheat and makes flour, and a traditional oven where they cook and bake. You can enjoy the sunset while having your meal. Lovely!

They own and operate the last of two windmills and grind their own flour making the best possible bread (local recipe passed on through the ages). They also have bakery goods! The grandad had some interesting stories to tell. All food was fresh and made on the premises. Vegetables and salads we made from their own garden. EEVO olive oil is produced by them. All dairy is from local animals made fresh by traditional recipes. Ane food item was prepared on sit, fresh and following 100% Greek trditional recipes and above all HOSPITALITY (philoxenia). A must when in Karpathos! An experience of a lifetime!
