The wooden interiors, the porch outside, the lovely bright colours, the cosy ambience, all make for a great space. Besides, it is located on a mountain and the view of the surrounding mountains and valleys add to the overall charm.
And the food? Excellent! They grow their own herbs (also available for sale) and the dishes spell passion and attention to detail. The presentation is absolutely lovely. The waitresses add to the comfort and warmth of the overall experience. And they do have menu cards in English - a huge deal for a foreigner who understands nothing of Hebrew, leave alone being able to read it.
The experience was well worth the drive.
