This was our first time at the Pruneyard Plaza Hotel. My wife and I enjoyed the room and service. Everyone was most helpful and courteous. We would enjoy staying there again. I highly recommend the Pruneyard Plaza Hotel.

Room Tip: Reserve a room early and and be sure to tell the reservations clerk to assist you with your needs.

Lot of restaurants and services next to hotel.
Fitness room a bit difficult to find and limited number of free weights.

This is one of the few hotels in this area. We spent the night here since were visiting family in Campbell and wanted something very close. The hotel is not brand new but has been gently updated over the years, so although the decor looks circa 1996-2000, everything still feels pretty fresh and clean. The room feels spacious even with two double beds, a sitting area, and desk.Beds are comfortable enough, but unfortunately, they still use those thin polyester hotel blankets rather than big white comfy duvets, which is a small letdown. Continental breaksfast is offered in a pleasant area adjacent to the main lobby, not exciting but gets the job done. You can also get some coffee to go before heading out. Staff very friendly. Location very quiet. Hotel guests (which was a Saturday night) seemed to be mostly older retired couples and some young families.

We were in town for a friends wedding. We were a little surprised how large the rooms were. They had some nice snacks in the room too. The breakfast was not anything to write home about, and parking is a bit of a premium. What really stood out was the bath ... Very nice indeed !

A nice hotel located in a shopping center in Campbell. It's tucked away off the road behind some stores and a little hard to find. Lots of stuff to check out in walking distance for shops, dining, etc. All the staff were really friendly and accommodating, and we had a nice room on the first floor with sink, fridge, etc.

Only complaint is the room noise, the walls are thin and we must have been under a walkway or something. Constant sounds of people walking above you at all hours and even rattled the light fixtures every time someone was walking above. Forgot one of my usual travel staples, earplugs!

Room Tip: Go for something on the top floors.
