Very relaxing and enjoyable quit place. Nice to get away. Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. The pool area was also clean. I would highly recommend this place to stay. And planning to stay again.

Another enjoyable stay at CPL.
For large Suite guests, the Murphy beds require unlocking by maintance. I was not aware of this new policy..so it delayed bedtime a little.
For those that use the popular promo site(s). On this trip I used a voucher (vs. code) promotion. Be forewarn...with the voucher promo, i felt there was a slight lack of transparency on the full cost (taxes, fees, etc). I read the generic terms and conditions provided, however the specific charges are unknown....until your credit card is charged. On this specific promotion guests are not provided with a summary of charges (fees, taxes, etc.) paid prior to check-in and during check-out. Not just me...I actually heard the desk personnel telling the person before me that they will be emailed by the company offering the promo.
Customer Service Training Needed! Bought Gift Certificates and Front Desk Clerk C Gonzales was Rude during purchasing the certificates. No customer Service Skills At all. Will not be back here for anything ever again!
Hello!
We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience with our front desk staff. We will pass this information on to our Front Desk Manager to make sure that each and every one of our staff is treating all of our customers well. Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback.
Best,

I give 3 stars because I love their gardens! But for those of us with food allergies, their restaurant management is Soo not helpful, they shame you for not telling them in advance and then make you feel bad because they’re too busy to help make you anything. You’re charged for breakfast as part of your stay and there’s no accommodating your allergies at all for breakfast. If you’re okay with going to battle and trying to see what they may or may not help you with, then go for it. But for $300/night it’s not worth that effort!
Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We are happy to hear that you are a fan of our gardens. We would like to apologize that you feel like our staff were unhelpful in accommodating your food allergies! Customer service is extremely important to us, so we will pass your experience on to our Food and Beverage staff to make sure we are doing our best to help accommodate our guests that have allergies.
Best,
Sara H
I have stayed here many times and I have never written a review before so I thought that it was about time. This is just a lovely and charming property. My bf and I stayed in a room and did the dinner package and we were so glad that we did. We had one of the best dinners we've had as a couple. The gardens are lovely here! The adjacent lodge is a great relaxing place to have a drink and listen to some live music. Highly recommended.
Hello!
Thank you for being a loyal return customer and for taking the time to leave us such a kind review. We are so happy you and your significant other were so pleased with your dinner package, our gardens and the lounge. We can't wait for your next stay with us.
Until then,

Highly recommend Cambria Pines Lodge. The breakfast buffet is the best and a great way to start your day. Our room was very nice the area is quiet. This is a quaint lodge with beautiful gardens to meander about!
