We had lunch today at the Indigo Moon and were very pleased with our meal. The menu included many different and interesting variations on some old favourites - e.g., tempura battered fish and chips - the fish was fresh and cooked to perfection.

We ate here a couple of years ago, enjoyed it then, and we were not disappointed today.

I am a Cambria local but had yet to go to Indigo Moon for Dinner. The Salmon was $28, dry and had no flavor and the rice was cold. My husband ordered dessert and it had ants crawling on the flower it was garnished with. (You'd think they'd comp the dessert - but Nope!) The food in general wasn't impressive, nor was the service. The waitress came by maybe twice during the evening. I was really bummed that the food wasn't what I expected. Won't be eating here again. From other locals I've heard its great, so maybe I just happened to have a bad experience. Seemed understaffed.

We happened to stumble on this restaurant during Sunday brunch. They have a lovely garden at the back and have a jazz band playing on Sunday. It is very pleasant. The food and service were good. We would go there again and would try it for dinner as well. The menu isn't or particularly interesting but the food is well prepared.

We dined here on the 30th June. This is a charming restaurant which appears to rest on its laurels a bit perhaps because the setting is so tranquil and pretty (excellent outdoor seating area outside at the back though we didn't actually sit out there). Our waitress completely forgot to bring the two drinks we ordered which one might overlook if the restaurant was absolutely jam packed. It wasn't, and she did appear in the room a fair few times to attend to other customers either side of us and we genuinely thought she had realised the glaring omission. She didn't for at least 15 minutes and the most surprising thing is that by the time she brought us our main courses, she STILL hadn't noticed and we had to ask again for them. Ditzyness is not 'cute' nor is it acceptable. One might say that we should have asked for them again earlier before the main meal arrived but to be honest, it really should be fundamental to a waitress that her customers are not left waiting as we were. As for the food, the tinned artichoke in the pasta dish could have been rinsed a little before being mixed in and the clam chowder soup could have been accompanied by more than one small half of one slice of bread. Lovely place, let down by lacksadaisical service and so-so overpriced food.

went there and sat outside in the garden - outstanding lunch - the salmon tacos with the mango chutney salsa and the red cabbage were delicious
