We arrrived mid-week for our 6:30 reservation. Three minutes standing there before we were met and seated. 13 minutes later the first visit from our waiter. Friendly enough. 10 minutes later we had our salads. 45 minutes after our salad dishes were picked up, our entrees arrived. Yes, 45 minutes! A water girl that came by after about 20 minutes agreed to check on our order but never came back. No mention of the long wait from our waiter. After finishing our entres we asked the waiter whether the delay was normal. She said a new chef was the problem. She did at that point agree to comp one desert.
My large white prawns in linguine was excellent but my wife's "medium" rack of lamb was under cooked. We took the rarest ones home. We didn't ask to have them cooked further since we had already been there 90 minutes. Our total visit was over two hours for just salads, entrees, and splitting a desert.
We've tried most of the restaurants in Cambria and this was our first visit to Indigo Moon. It was also our last.
