“Blankets for the Patio”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 10, 2014

Heated patio with blankets is the way to go for this seaside experience. Food was awesome. Service was attentive. Closes suddenly and at an early hour.

“Nice place”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 9, 2014

We went here on vacation. Ocean view from patio. Food was good. Service was prompt. However they don't take reservations, and gets pretty crowded. Go on off dinner hours.

“Free champagne and clam chowder”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 6, 2014 via mobile

My wife and I were driving through Cambria and stopped for an early Sunday lunch. We enjoyed champagne with our meal as part of their brunch service. We had the clan chowder and fried seafood platter. The platter was ok, but the chowder was great... Order the chowder, in a bread bowl and I also recommend a Bloody Mary. The service was quick and great and the view was wonderful. We will certainly go back.

“Nice place to go if you've got the dough”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 6, 2014 via mobile

After reading some of the reviews, we were afraid the service would be lacking. But we walked over from our hotel around 530 pm. After a 5 minute wait we were seated at our choice of places outside. Service after that was very prompt from beginning to end. The food was very tasty. Only complaint there was our fried calamari appetizer was a bit lightly colored and not very crisp, as if the oil wasnt hot enough. But still tasty and a generous amount. I had the ginger orange scallops with delicious almond wild rice pilaf and perfectly cooked carrots and broccoli. My daughter had the pork chops with onion strings (too light like the appetizer) along with the garlic cream topped mashed potatoes and similar veg. She was asked how she wsnted her chops cooked which seemed odd for pork. But they were fine. With tax and tip it was about 85 which seemed high to me. Not like I didnt know the prices going in, but I guess you pay for the ocean view as much as anything.

“romantic anniversary dinner”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 5, 2014

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to celebrate our 10 anniversary. We sat out on the patio and watched the sun set into the sea; it was so romantic. I had the catch of the day with a lobster sauce, sautéed vegetables, and rice pilaf. My husband had the Cove scampi with the same sides. Then to top it off we were treated to a Molten chocolate cake, OMG it was so decadent! Everything was excellent! The staff were all friendly and professional. We will definitely be dining here again.
