We chose Robin's for our main dinner on a quick 3-day coolout trip to Cambria, based on reviews that rated it number one in town. It's certainly a nice restaurant, but I don't know if I'd go along with it being the best in town, as there are quite a few other good ones and some we liked better. If you DO go here, try to get a seat in the garden (assuming the weather is good), as it's very pleasant outside and less noisy. They sometimes have music outside as well, so you might want to call ahead and ask if you have flexibility as to which night you'd like to visit. I had the onion soup, which was a bit unusual but delicious, and my friend had the lamb curry, a "signature dish" of Robin's which I didn't think was all that impressive.

Appetizers were OK, spinach salad was yummy, fish cooked perfectly but veggies served with it was a little skimpy.

Robins looks like a former house with tables in the livingroom. The best seats are in the covered and heated outside deck.

Make sure you make reservations as this place is very popular. I recommend trying a flight of red or white white, it's a fun way I'd try something new and it's quite reasonable.

Food is fine, and service is attentive is attentive and personalble. Highly recommended!

We had a rather odd timing: we arrived in this town around 9 o'clock on 4th of July so most of the restaurants were already closed or did not want to serve us anymore. By driving around we saw that this restaurant was still open and we could still be served after 9:30 pm. As we had not read any reviews about this restaurant we were so pleasantly surprised. The menu is a lot of variety. I had a lamb curry and it was really nice! Also a nice change from the chicken and beef that most restaurants serve in America. My husband had a green Thai curry which could have been more spicy for his taste.

Service was good and atmosphere was really nice. We sat in the patio where a very old tree has become part of the building. If you sit inside the restaurant, you get the feeling you are in a Austrian restaurant :-)

This restaurant was a very good find! And how funny that we saw later it was the number 1 restaurant in town.

We tried this restaurant because of the great reviews on Tripadvisor and Google+ however we felt that the food -- although good -- was not great value for money. We were seated in a patio area which was very cold (despite lots of heat lamps) so we shivered throughout our meal. I suspect we may have been exiled to the patio because we came with young kids -- the people sitting inside the nice warm interior of the restaurant seemed to be kid-free.
