My husband and I have been here a few times, once or twice before the fire a few years back.
While I'm not happy about the fire they experienced, it seems to have been a bad thing that turned out for the better. They restaurant got a facelift...of sorts. It's bit art deco meets country shabby chic.
The breakfast here is hearty and good. The coffee could be a better brew.
Our latest stop was for dessert in the little eat in area for food purchased at the counter. The chocolate cake was pretty good, but a bit pricey. The hubby was very happy with his cheesecake. Our afternoon snack ended up being close to $20!
Still worth a stop while in town. Grab some goodies to go at the counter or order inside.
