We chose this restaurant just by chance and luck was definitely on our side - what a gorgeous meal we had. We were greeted with a smile and seated immediately. The waitress served us with freshly baked bread in a terracotta flower pot, which was novel, with butter and a glass of water and left the menus for us to choose our meal. The staff were attentive and the service throughout was first rate, the meal was delicious and to round it off, the cost was reasonable. It was definitely the best meal I had throughout my 3 week holiday.

This is a good place place to eat. The food was great and the service was outstanding. Try their house salad dressing..it was so good.

Our party of four were on our way to Carmel last weekend and stopped in for dinner on Sunday night. We read the reviews of several restaurants in city and ended up selecting this one.

In a nutshell, I would describe the food as fair to good, the service poorly trained, and the management rude and quite unfriendly.

I am quite embarrassed that we fell for the novelty item of the appetizers - the "Lobster Corn Dog". I mean, it really sounds awful, and my wife suggested it would be - but the rest of us prevailed and ordered it. Big mistake. Avoid it.

Best entree was the Pork Loin with the Olallieberry sauce. Nothing else stood out. Perhaps, we got them on a bad night but we would go elsewhere next time we are in town.

Every time we stay in Cambria, we have to eat at the Sow's Ear and we have never been disappointed. The restaurant is cozy and the food is fantastic. I highly recommend the Pork Loin with the Olallieberry Glaze. It was so delicious.

Quaint little restaurant. Food was good. A little on the pricey side for what we got but very tasty. We arrived into town late and ate here on a recommendation
