As the other reviews state, clean and tidy, bed comfortable and as close as you can get to the outlets.

The office person checked us in early which was good, although he was not overly helpful or friendly.

The room was booked online and had no tea or coffee making facilities which was a real bummer.

No lifts so if you are up a floor or so watch how much shopping you do.

Overall good value and would stay again.

The only positive experience was the customer service other than that room was disgusting. After entering room we were hit with a horrible sweaty sock smell. I had to use car air freshener just to mask the smell. Carpets still had food on them from previous guests. There was a wet grocery bag left in restroom including a very wet bathroom floor from a leaking toilet. The pillows are hard as a rock including the mattresses. It was one of the dirtiest rooms I've ever stayed in. I would never stay there again even if paid to! My sister in law was in the room next to us where there was a dirty sock left from previous guest. We joked that maybe that could explain the smell in there room.

Just checked in. The Manager Gabe Was Not Very Friendly. Was abrupt and not courteous. One suggestion is he may want to attend hospitality 101 because he is the first impression of the hotel. And right now he didn't make a warm and welcoming impression. Not impressed with his customer service.

the service was good, the room was clean and its small was like a some clean, the only thing that we found was the towels, need to be softener. I like the hotel because its location is close to almost everything you need when traveling.

Room Tip: However, my room had a good view.

It is a pleasant inn near the Camarillo premium outlets with some restaurants and the Regal cinema.
Clean room and affordable with nice staff.
There are also a pool, two washing machines and two dryers.
