We rented 2 bikes and a tandem yesterday for the wine tour. The service was excellent and very friendly, and the bikes were all great! We loved seeing the smaller wineries and seeing the crush happen. This was definitely the highlight of our trip as well (although the mud bath at Indian Springs was very nice too).

This shop offers an IDYLLIC way to experience Napa; they have everything covered. The rental bikes and equipment are first rate. They provide an excellent map, directions, and route between wineries to avoid traffic. Great suggestions for lunch stops. All tastings are pre-paid/arranged via the bike shop wrist band. Any wine (even crates) purchased during the day are collected in the afternoon, and back at the shop when one returns the bikes. We did a leisurely 20 miles and 5 tastings. Seeing the vinyards, hills, olive groves, etc. at one's own pace was wonderful. Would strongly recommend this to experienced or novice cyclists.

I would say this is a must if you're staying in the area. I am on my honeymoon and my wife and I really enjoyed this low budget activity. Especially when things around calistoga can be pricey. Bikes were new and came with bags, and were comfortable. Also they pick up all the wine for you at the end of the day which is great. Employees are super helpful and friendly. :)

Calistoga Bike offered us the highlight of our stay in Napa. Their bikes are new, comfortable, shift perfectly every time, they gave us a great map of 6 wineries to visit while avoiding the busy streets and staying mostly on flat terrain. The $79 tour is a great deal. pays for itself after 3 winery tours!
They will bring your wine back to the shop and even delivered ours to our amazing B&B ! What service!!! Will only rent from them when we visit again. A+++++
I recommend going to Bennett Lane winery first instead of starting South at Dutch Henry winery. Bennett Lane was a great winery all around - our favorite of the seven we visited.
