Owner description: Like its more famous Yellowstone counterpart, this Napa Valley geyser erupts at regular intervals - every forty minutes, in the case of the Calistoga gusher.

“Fun for kids of all ages”
Reviewed April 10, 2013

It's a kick to see the Old Faithful Geyser and fun for all ages. Its the second time I visited in the last 5 years and my teens loved it. If you can't take the trip to Yellowstone this is a small version. They have the fainting goats, 4 horned goats, Llamas and picnic tables to rest or have lunch. The price is a bit steep ($14) but where else can you see one in the Bay Area? It is a nice side trip off the wine tasting tours. The goats have seen it all so you probably won't get them to faint. But you can feed them and the babies for a quarter. You can go on their website and save $1 per person.

“A surprise”
Reviewed April 9, 2013

I now have been to all the Old Faithful Geysers in the world. Yellowstone, New Zealand, and California. This was the smallest but just as awesome.

“A place to visit when you are in the area”
Reviewed April 5, 2013

If you are in the area, then I think you should visit so that you can erase it from your bucket list. However, the $14 entrance fee is a bit pricey. Don't drive there just to see it else you will be disappointed. There is really nothing to see except the geyser and a sideshow of goats. Combine the trip with doing something else. I love driving by the vineyards and checking out the stores in Napa and St Helena and so I didn't mind the long drive.

“Well, a geyser... plus some add ones”
Reviewed April 3, 2013

My wife loved it! I was standing at the entrance 15 years ago and decided not to pay the fee. It is nice to see it. But the rest (the goats etc.) is not really worth it. You have to decide for yourself if you need to see a geyser.

“Trust the previous post and really...DON'T BOTHER!!!”
Reviewed March 18, 2013

I made a mistake of ignoring the reviews and go for this. Once I paid 14 $ per person and walked in, it took me a 5 seconds to realize what a big sham this is. All you can do there is see a natural geyser shooting water in the air every 5 mins. Many ppl had doubts on this.
Also, fainting goats is a big joke.. they had all of 3 baby goats in the fainting goats area.
Even the park is not well maintained.

Do not waste your time and money on this.
