So many shops, so many outlets, so little time! Love the Brighton Outlet, time it right and the discounts are hearty! Plan to go early because you will stay late. I would advise to go on a weekday, the weekend crowds can be overwhelming. One note about Seminole Drive...beware leaning stop signs. The ticket could be costly, so observe a safe drive! But wheeling or dealing, the Desert Hills Premium Outlets are always divine!

We have been some years before and really enjoyed this mall.

We were shocked to find that the largest of the two mall areas was a massive building site.

Most shops are still open, so you can still access the bargains but do not expect a pleasant experience until the work is finished (I would guess that it may be completed by summer 2014).

Issues:
* Noise
* Dust
* Parking and general road access, due to road works, building equipment, etc
* Pedestrian access (ie being herded on narrow paving between the shops and building site fences) that run all the way around the largest mall.

Once its all complete it will no doubt be fun again but in the mean time its more of a put your head down and get on with it experience.

This is the best outlet mall i've been to, based on the name brands of the stores -- gucci, ugg, prada, kate spade, juicy, vince, etc. There were doormen and bouncers at about five stores when i was there after Christmas because it was so crowded I guess. it is expanding so it will get even better. the bargains varied store to store but all in all i'd say it was great. i'm not interested in going back to palm springs but it's almost worth the 10 hour drive for me to return to that mall!

We went end December, so during the sales period. The mall was very full of bargain hunters, but that didnt bother. The mall is nicely and spacious set up. The big brands are all here, incl. The exclusive ones. We spend nearly 6 hours here and went back to the car with 20 bags or so. Great success.

I have been to this outlet several times and found the shopping experiences quite variable. It's probably the best outlet shopping in the area, but the place loses its charms in summer: as you walk outside, it can be a hot experience temperature-wise! I have found that the choice of merchandise in some stores is not always the greatest, and as a lot of people go through, there can be damaged merchandise(broken zippers in clothes, just to mention my experience.) So, look before you buy! It's certainly worth a stop, if you are in the area or on the I-10. Best time for leisurely strolling there are the months from October to May!
