I see a few poor reviews here, not sure what they expect in city of 3,000 people and for this price point. I was very comfortable here. Visited Burney for a few days of fishing. Spent 4 nights, arrived without reservation, but had no trouble at office with getting a room although both motels are very busy. I asked first about Green Gables simply because it looked nicer from the road, but it was full as it only has a few rooms....Charm turned out to be the better place anyway. Staff was wonderful with me, informative, friendly, helpful. Room was older, but extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. Small fridge, microwave, and coffee pot in room, also a rather large TV. Lots of regular customers at this place, kind of a friendly neighborhood spot. Hope to get back to Burney this fall, and will head right back to Charm. Hope this helps.....
