We stayed one night on a Sunday and found this hotel met our needs. The front desk person was friendly and informative and even called our room after we checked in to see if all was ok. The room was basically clean and not too small for 2 adults with 2 small children. Parking was free and there is a walking path out front which runs along the bay. It will lead you to Kincaids a fine restaurant. The hotel will plug Max's which is right in front of the place, but my advice is to go elsewhere. The restaurant had low quality coffee, inferior food and poor service. There is an In and Out burger place within walking distance. Village Pizza is a short drive and very popular. Holiday Inn offers a free hot breakfast with simply delicious scones and quality coffee. We didn't use the pool as the weather was in the low 70's and I never saw anyone in the pool so I assume it wasn't heated. There is no jacuzzi. This is an older hotel. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there was a small desk in the room.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms were fine. Nice view of water. Rather quiet considering near air port. Breakfast was adaquate. Easy access to 101.

Our room was on the 3rd floor, hallways very noisy, rooms small. Our room was not real clean. Soda or coffee splattered on the wall over headboard. I had to clean the light switches, they were filthy. I asked the maid to change the sheets, she did not. The young man working the front desk was very rude and curt. Location only great if you need the airport. Only pleasant part was Max's Opera Cafe located in the front parking lot.

We used this hotel for Park & Fly - we were gone for 8+ days. Hotel was clean. Staff was nice. Car was safe. Would use this hotel again, if we ever needed a Park & Fly out of SFO again. Breakfast looked good. We only got a few bites since shuttle arrived when were are just starting (our fault) - but it was a well equipped breakfast room.

When flying out of San Francisco we usually stay at the Embassy Suites because they would keep our car for up to 14 days at no charge. When we tried to make this year's reservation the hotel told us they do not offer this service anymore.

We searched the internet and found a hotel nearby. Their website offered a "deal" for the park, sleep, fly to sf airport. The rate was approx. $170 to leave our car for 10 days, a room at the hotel the nite before our flight and shuttle to the airport the day of departure, also a shuttle when we return.

The gal at the front desk was very nice (we asked for a room overlooking the bay), speedy checkin, clean room, bottled water and lots of restaurants nearby (we had an early dinner at El Toritos nearby).

They provided a 5:00 am breakfast (buffet style) of eggs, toast and muffins of all types, fresh fruit, juices and coffee. I was very impressed. Our shuttle was on time. This hotel may not be as attractive as the Embassy but it was more than adequate for our needs.
