The facility is nice but the service is terrible.
1. When we arrived we needed extra set of towels and related linen for a third person in the room. The housekeeping manager on the line kept trying to cut me off after each item requested. So rude!
2. The water level for the coy pond/rivers that ran throughout the atrium in the hotel was so low, a couple of the coy fish’s fins were protruding from the water. I mentioned it to a service person that was on the premise. The next day the water level was still shallow. I mentioned it to the front desk again, and told them that that was animal cruelty, and that I had already informed a personnel yesterday and nothing was done. Then, the something was done about it. It was an obvious matter, in plain site. Shows such disregard on the part of management.
3. Last but definitely not least, people were trapped in the elevator for over 45 minutes before they had to get themselves out. The hotel maintenance people went to look at the problem and did nothing, except to tell them they were going to call the elevator company. Wow, I hope they were compensated. What a nightmare!
Conclusion, I definitely would not recommend this hotel, unless you just really want to be by the waterfront, which is nice.
