I am a Hilton Honors member and a Hilton timeshare owner. I truly enjoy the Hilton brand but was rather disappointed with this stay. I will start by saying the staff is wonderful... this is not a negative review on the staff. The facility/room had many issues and I felt like I had to make several calls to housekeeping and maintenance that at some point we just dealt with the other issues. 1) Room had a musty odor and mildew on the back side of the sleeper sofa mattress 2) cooling system could not be adjusted, was given extra blankets and a small space heater 3) TV reception was terrible, the signal was lost regularly during a 30 min show (we didn't watch much TV anyway) Overall, for a 5 night stay, i was dissatisfied with the room condition and seem to notice this more and more with Embassy Suites. I will be looking for other Hilton Brands in the future.

At the end of the day, I am still a kid at heart and still enjoy watching planes. Not only is this another great Embassy Suites property with the amenities we've come to expect and enjoy, it provides a GREAT view of SFO where one can watch planes as they come in and take off. It can be breathtaking!

This property is about 10 minutes from SFO and you couldn't tell you are near an airport unless you look outside. Overall a beautiful property. You can't beat the spaciousness of the room. Staff members at the hotel were very helpful, the AYCE breakfast was delicious and the evening happy hour was also nice.

If my travels bring me back to this area, I will definitely look to stay at this property.

We chose this hotel because the room could accommodate our family of five comfortably, and it’s convenient to the airport. We returned our rental car the night before the flight and took the shuttle back to the hotel easily. We had a nice view of the bay and planes coming in and out. The hotel also offers a free shuttle downtown so you can have dinner. We were too tired to do that and there are only two restaurant choices in walking distance. We could have ordered takeout from some pizza and Mexican places and it would get delivered to your room, which is a nice option. The complimentary happy hour from 5:30 - 7:30 was unexpected and a nice perk! We couldn’t take advantage of the included breakfast but this is also a nice perk. Room was clean and there’s a nice walking path too.
