I am a Hilton Honors member and a Hilton timeshare owner. I truly enjoy the Hilton brand but was rather disappointed with this stay. I will start by saying the staff is wonderful... this is not a negative review on the staff. The facility/room had many issues and I felt like I had to make several calls to housekeeping and maintenance that at some point we just dealt with the other issues. 1) Room had a musty odor and mildew on the back side of the sleeper sofa mattress 2) cooling system could not be adjusted, was given extra blankets and a small space heater 3) TV reception was terrible, the signal was lost regularly during a 30 min show (we didn't watch much TV anyway) Overall, for a 5 night stay, i was dissatisfied with the room condition and seem to notice this more and more with Embassy Suites. I will be looking for other Hilton Brands in the future.
